Charge me more than $200 for diagnosis for something I already scanned it before and they tried to convince me that the problem is not a recall although I show them the recall open in the website !!!!! An already scanned it before and they tried to convince me that the problem is not a recall although I show them the recall open in the website !!!!! And they did not have the parts to fix the issue . It seems like trying to take more than $200 of customers to scan the vehicle with OBD which already scanned it by myself !!!!!! Disappointed. Terrible experience. I was plan to buy a new suv next month , so definitely I will go to somewhere else. More
