There was a lack of communication, no acknowledgement of staff for customers no sense of urgency. Really bad experience. They kept my truck for 7 days and my advisor Gary Gamboa didn't call me to give me any updates about the status of my truck. I tried to reach him s They kept my truck for 7 days and my advisor Gary Gamboa didn't call me to give me any updates about the status of my truck. I tried to reach him so many times and he didn't care at all. I showed him the issues of my truck with videos. He said they saw the issues and were going to fix them. After 7 days he ended up saying there was nothing wrong with the truck. Really? He said nobody wanted to work and stuff like that but I was expecting at least to fix my truck after several days. I'm So disappointed with this dealership. Really bad experience. More
