GREAT SERVICE !! I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Luis & Matt took t I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Luis & Matt took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting to the on star , WiFi and my Chevy app with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Carl Black Orlando . It was worth the hour drive to get there. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I have not had a new car in 12 years. Had things happen and had low credit score. They worked with me and I was able to get the payments and down pay I have not had a new car in 12 years. Had things happen and had low credit score. They worked with me and I was able to get the payments and down payment I could afford. Now I have a 2019 Cruze that had 22 miles. Plus they were very nice . Sales man Luis is my hero. More
