I have bought two new hybrids from Ventura Toyota and have not been disappointed. We brought our 2013 Prius V in for servicing. We knew that our Prius would need several expensive repairs (due to the age of the car and with 135,000 miles). Jason in the service department, who has taken care of us several times, introduced us to Luis Martinez in the sales department. We immediately felt his calm, positive vibes, and knew we were in good hands. He listened to our needs, and gave us a price we were happy with. He found us the color and model we liked, and in a couple of days, we picked up our beautiful new Rav 4 hybrid. Our experience with Luis was amazing. He is not pushy or obnoxious, and didn’t hound us to buy something we could not afford.
