This dealership has no ethics. We purchase a used vehicle from them 3/1/25, by 3/3/25 I notice my driver side headlight was out. I tried contacting my salesperson Justin P. several We purchase a used vehicle from them 3/1/25, by 3/3/25 I notice my driver side headlight was out. I tried contacting my salesperson Justin P. several times and he told my husband and me twice he would call us back and never did. Finally we went up to dealership (2 hours away) to be told from the service department that the headlight was reported to the sales dept. and they declined to fix it so it won’t be covered under warranty. Spoke with manager Luis and he basically tells us we SOL. We ask him why didn’t the salesman Justin let us know about the headlight being out and he stated that by LAW he doesn’t have to and that if the dealership fix it then we would not want to pay the price for the vehicle. Justin says he a family man, but what kind of person would sell a defective vehicle to a family. He could at least made us aware and we could have decided if we wanted it repaired by the dealership or on our own. If you are looking for vehicle I would stay clear from this dealership unless you want to be sold a vehicle with defects. Now I have to pay out of pocket for pre-existing defect to my vehicle. More

Found a car on their website. Found a lender, drove 4 hrs to pick up the vehicle. Test drove it, tire light and engine light pops on and the car starts shaking. We drove it back and explained what was happening. The mechanic looked at it and we were told it would take 2 weeks to get in the parts and to repair it. Called back to speak to a supervisor and was told the car was sold 8 days later. Horrible Horrible experience!!!! Credit hit got approved but you sold the car right from under me. Everyone I spoke to was incompetent!!!!!!!! I have nothing good to say about this dealership!!!!! And would have given them no stars if I could have!!!!! No one kept their word and we wasted 9hrs and our time driving to get the vehicle. There's no way that car was inspected!!!! The salesman didn't no anything. Just LOST!!!!! Everyone person I spoke with told a different story. They are all to blame!!!! So now im stuck with this hard inquiry on my credit and it was sold to someone else. Money Hungry Snakes!!!!!!!!! More
