Lucy Yun was the sales representative who assisted me and she was excellent. She understood what I was looking, was very patient with me, as I was undecided. She explained features of the vehicle expressing her own experience, which helped me making my decision for selecting the car. She was honest explaining the pros/cons of the cars I shortlisted. Tony Pozderac was very polite and did ensure that I get the car which had all features I was looking for. Thanks to Mr. Kolo for explaining the packages available for the car. Mr. Elliot Bourne made me really comfortable even before I entered the Owings Mills Mercedes-Benz dealer. His friendliness and respect attracted me to the place. When the listing price was a little beyond m I entered the Owings Mills Mercedes-Benz dealer. His friendliness and respect attracted me to the place. When the listing price was a little beyond my price range, Mr Elliot was able persuade his financial manager on my behalf. When the price reduction was still above the price I could afford. I had to leave without a vehicle. But Mr Bourne still persuaded his manager for the price I was seeking, the next day even though he was away on vacation. Because of his relentless effort I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted in my price range. More
