I can’t shake the feeling that something suspicious is
going on in the service department. I recently bought a set of four new tires and asked them to save the two good tires from the old set, which only

Instead, they claimed the scrappers took them before they had the chance. However, the scrappers don’t seem to take anything else from the dealership, like tools or other items, so it doesn’t add up. Later that evening, I received a text from Lucas saying they had found the two bad tires and asked if I wanted them back. Something just doesn’t make sense.

When I came in they have my oil change in the transmission looked at it was unfortunate that you do not have a heavy duty transmission technician because it didn’t need a whole new transmission and I have to take it to another Chevrolet dealer to get it done. I know that it’s hard getting help because I used to be in that business but she did a great job. She kept me informed so I would think that you know we had the hunt for tranny guy or heavy duty guy.

I took my car in because when accelerating it seems like it doesn't go right away and my car was making a noise. I paid over $200 to be told that my car didn't hesitate when they test drove it. But ironically when I left the dealership it hesitated in the parking lot. They also told me that the noise I was hearing were my front brakes and rotors. I opted to get them done elsewhere. And guess what, my car is still making the same noise. I called to speak with Luke, who was very rude, short, disrespectful, and hung up on me. He avoided answering my questions about my concerns. I called back about 6 times, Luke had stopped answering the phone. I called a couple more times getting different people who stated everyone was busy. I asked for a supervisor who was also "busy". They took my name and number stating a supervisor would call me back. Today makes day 15 and I still haven't heard from anyone.
