What a mistake. Went to BMW of Main Line for convenience. I paid for inspection, new tires and an alignment. As soon as I left the lot, got an error message. Turns out, the back tires were out of alignmen I paid for inspection, new tires and an alignment. As soon as I left the lot, got an error message. Turns out, the back tires were out of alignment. Wonder what I paid for? I will take the time to drive to Devon or Otto’s next time. I was at the dealer for 6 hours for an inspection. More

I would not recommend BMW period. I am former Lexus and most recently a Mercedes owner and have never had the problems with them as I have had with BMW. The electronics system has never worked right from most recently a Mercedes owner and have never had the problems with them as I have had with BMW. The electronics system has never worked right from day one, the passenger safety bad warning has Constantly come on even after my last service visit just seven months ago after I specifically asked that it be fixed. The issue with the rims is a nightmare. Two of my closest friends recently left BMW for a Range Rover and a Mercedes because of feeling being gouged by service and rim issues. Horrible Lease Return The loopholes encountered at this dealership proves absolute corruption corrupts absolutely. I purchased a special contract when signing for the lease The loopholes encountered at this dealership proves absolute corruption corrupts absolutely. I purchased a special contract when signing for the lease to cover all scratches to the vehicle along with tires. Guess what? I had to pay $600 for two tires because low treads are not covered and $100 for scratches to the bumper because scratches on the bumper are not covered. Don’t forget to pay the $350 to the bank for the lease return. I am sorry but the dealership never placed these loopholes in writing. They are about soaking more money out of a client. BMW is “the ultimate driving machine” but the personnel are just machines. No hearts and souls !!!!!!😡The only employees who treated me with compassion were Lou Whitener in Sales and Debbie Schmidt in Service. More
