Had the pleasure of working with Derek at Lexus Speedway to purchase my first Lexus, after owning 3 German cars. Unfortunately the Lexus I purchased only lasted 6 weeks before I was rear ended and totaled. to purchase my first Lexus, after owning 3 German cars. Unfortunately the Lexus I purchased only lasted 6 weeks before I was rear ended and totaled. Called Derek and informed him of this and he was very helpful in getting me back in the drivers seat! The dealership worked with me to make everything happen in a timely fashion. Also have to give the service department high marks as they have been very helpful to my wife with her NX . Would definitely recommend Derek and the dealership to anyone. More

Lou does not represent the level of service I've experienced at Lexus Speedway in the past. He questioned that validity of an ongoing issue I've had with Carplay (Siri goes into a loop when I try to experienced at Lexus Speedway in the past. He questioned that validity of an ongoing issue I've had with Carplay (Siri goes into a loop when I try to send a text) because he'd never heard of it. He then suggested that I should call Lexus Corporate and complain. After I got my car back, one of the door lock features wasn't working the same and when he tried to talk me through it, he became rude and suggested I bring the car back in. (A friend later told me how to fix it myself.) After another friend recommended her service advisor at Lexus Auto Mall, I schedule a visit and they ultimately resolved the Siri issue -- after I'd been told repeatedly by your IT advisor that it was an ongoing problem that Lexus was working on. Yes, it was a Lexus software issue which the Auto Mall techs were able to fix. More
