He then suggested that I should call Lexus Corporate and complain. After I got my car back, one of the door lock features wasn't working the same and when he tried to talk me through it, he became rude and suggested I bring the car back in. (A friend later told me how to fix it myself.) After another friend recommended her service advisor at Lexus Auto Mall, I schedule a visit and they ultimately resolved the Siri issue -- after I'd been told repeatedly by your IT advisor that it was an ongoing problem that Lexus was working on. Yes, it was a Lexus software issue which the Auto Mall techs were able to fix. More
