The lack of product knowledge, as well as the lack of effort demonstrated by your sales representative to get us the truck we wanted, drove us to the internet. “No pun intended.” Your service department recently completed a 10k service on our Tundra. My experience throughout that process left me feeling dismissed and unappreciated. I understand the challenges your industry face. Although it has been 35 years, I was Honda sales representative in San Jose, Ca. The serious shortage of service technicians, compounded by the prices of new cars & trucks must make 100% customer satisfaction seem almost impossible. Should you still strive to achieve it? Great job with the actual repair/maintenance but your car rental/shuttle service was very poor. My car was there for 6 hours and I had to set up all my rides because I was told you only had 2 cars to rent an rental/shuttle service was very poor. My car was there for 6 hours and I had to set up all my rides because I was told you only had 2 cars to rent and they were gone and there was only one shuttle driver. This is unacceptable for a dealership as large as yours. More
