Lori- took the time to explain everything to me. She sent the free car fax and took the time to read the owner’s manual so that I knew what to do after I left the lot. Well worth the 70 minute drive over local Honda dealers in the DC area! Lorri worked with her manager Robert to get us a great deal on our CR-V EX!
