I live in Owings mills and I prefer to come to westminister. The service here is AWESOME!!! While I was waiting for my oil change, Shawn came out several times to make sure that I was okay and as westminister. The service here is AWESOME!!! Dealers i have ever dealt with when service time comes the panic starts oil services etc, prices are usually terrible when done shock at what the prices are. BUT NOT HONDA OF WESTMINSTER! ON MY 3RD SERVICE, same descent price comparable to everyone else, But one thing that sets them apart is they take my wife to work when she leaves it and they pick her up when ( She ) is READY not them. More

Easy and rewarding, I wish six stars were available We were trying to decide between Toyota Tacoma and the RidgeLine. A test drive in the RidgeLine gave my wife & I that much desired Ah-Ha moment. Know you want before you close with F & I ! Deal Closers Shopping and choosing a vehicle is easy. Lori Kiser was fine sales rep. very kind and friendly, but i was not happy with my deal closer F & I mgr Ada Shopping and choosing a vehicle is easy. Lori Kiser was fine sales rep. very kind and friendly, but i was not happy with my deal closer F & I mgr Adam Barnes. Add-ons and warranty pkgs were very expensive and not well explained. Honda care pkg prices are outrageous. Keep in mind you don't have to buy this from them at the time. You can buy them online much less expensive later. He would increase your car payment by $50-150 per month if you are ignorant. Beware before you agree or accept anything extra in your deal. My trade-in was fair, Keith O'Connor was fair and came up $250.00. My discount off MSRP was a liitle less than i should have gotten based on truecar.com. That was my fault for not getting more off. When I called to talk Adam Barnes F & I Mgr two days after my purchase to cancel Honda Care, he wasn't available. Greg Smith F & I took my call and agreed that Adam Barnes was right and backed him 100%. So I emailed everyone to immediately cancel and refund Honda Care $2,305.00 irregardless. More

Great Car Buying Experience! From the time we walked into the dealership until the time we left a week later with a new car for my son, the dealership was great to work with!
