Mark, we understand how it can look when pricing online shows one thing and our staff is preaching another. The computer software we use is called Tekion, and it was inaccurate today on the consumer portal, but Thomas in St. Louis was not aware of that, in fact none of us were aware this was an issue. This software has been inaccurate with pricing in the past, but we thought the error was fixed. Lonnie was very familiar with this prior pricing error, whereas Thomas (in St. Louis) was not, which is why you were getting two different answers. I just so happened to be there by Thomas in St. Louis when this happened, and you showed me personally the screenshot of online approval on your phone. The reason I had asked for that was so I can forward it to our computer software company to get corrected, but in the meantime, I called Lonnie and told her to honor the online price. I have since opened a support ticket with our software Tekion and awaiting response. Bottom line, the prices online are failing to include any parts, so Lonnie was trying to figure out why or what to do. Now that this has been brought to our attention and Thomas' attention, our staff at both stores are doing their best to disclose this discrepancy to future guests until the issue is resolved. I just wanted you to know Lonnie was doing her best to navigate and figure out the price difference in the system, she's been with us over 5 years now and can help you with anything you need in Service. It's also good to point out that our prices and software is the same at both stores, so if Thomas would have helped you in St. Louis, he would have found out real quick why Lonnie was in such a predicament. Sorry for the misunderstanding and price disparity, but thank you for sharing it with us, it is helping us get the overall issue corrected. Thank you for your continued business with us.
