Had a tough time getting an appointment to work with my schedule. When I finally did get in, they were short handed and weren't able to address the issues. Had the truck in the shop while it was under wa schedule. When I finally did get in, they were short handed and weren't able to address the issues. Had the truck in the shop while it was under warranty. The repair didn't last a day. Now that it is out of warranty, they tell me to expect to be billed. Have had Ford trucks most of my life, with the issues I've had, don't think I will be able to afford to keep this one. Repairs are so crazy expensive, I don't want the risk while retired. Anna Hawkins was extremely helpful! Apparently the other males in the service center couldn't be of service as they waited till she was available and passed me off to her. The other person with me stated how smart it is of Luther Family Ford to have Anna in the position she is in as she delivers awesome customer service. Your service department would be severely lacking without her. All the males were very stand off-ish, it was an issue for them to help temporarily (hook up code reader) until Anna was available (she was busy with customer on the phone, running to find tech people, etc). I have nothing but the best to say of Anna Hawkins. You might want to have her teach the others what customer service looks like! Thank you Anna!!! You were a Godsend when I was stranded in Fargo! More
