Unfortunately, had hoped this would have been a better experience and we would gladly refer others. But after having to travel up to Pryor on 3 separate occasions- which was a good 50 min from our home- having to sign paperwork that was not completed on the finance side and then coming up to get our vehicle and there was a door handle with a hole in it and other service issues not completed- kind of made us scratch our heads to wonder if anyone really did a complete check on our vehicle. It was not cleaned- when we finally got it- it was dirty with animal hair and items left under the seats. As a whole we were not pleased. More

Initial impression was fine with the sales man Logan. It went downhill from there. We were trading in an old Chevy we knew was not going to net us more than 200-300 but it was until we were looking at th It went downhill from there. I could sell it off for scrap for more than a freaking dollar. This pissed me off that when we asked multiple times about the trade in value we were blown off until the final contract. I will only use them for warranty work. No recommendations ever. I have removed all dealership decals from the vehicle. Update. Devon Bell contacted us to make this issue right. I appreciate the fact he reached out and was willing to buy back the vehicle if necessary. I actually did not expect to be reached out to at all.
