Took my truck in for multiple different things and waited over 2 and a half hours just for them to do an oil change and rotate the tires. It’s not the first time I’ve taken it there for these issues and ever over 2 and a half hours just for them to do an oil change and rotate the tires. It’s not the first time I’ve taken it there for these issues and every time they say they can’t figure it out. Good thing I used up my last free oil changes so now I can take it somewhere else to get worked on. More

Vape pod was stolen from center console and rep said im not calling you a liar and wanted to check if it was there. My air conditioner wasn't working properly when I turned it on and I connected them and they said a pop off valve was stuck open and they wouldn't fix it! So I'm very disappointed because I only bought it a it on and I connected them and they said a pop off valve was stuck open and they wouldn't fix it! So I'm very disappointed because I only bought it around Christmas. My daughter was told by a manager named Rod that he had been using his air conditioner all winter! I am 73 and I get cold so I don't use my air conditioner until it is in the upper 80s . That's why I didn't know about it not working until just recently. More

Everyone in the service and the parts department did an outstanding job. They were all very knowledgeable, but not pushy. They did for me exactly what I needed.
