That was unacceptable to Kent, he gave me an excellent deal on an extended warranty for the life of the loan and my payment didn’t go up at all. I just blind called the dealership and was handed off to a salesman “sales Super women”. Liz went above and beyond as I was helping my Mom who lives in NW MO amd I live in Rolla buy a Pacifica that was at a salesman “sales Super women”.
