Our Jeep suddenly had problems on a Sunday morning. My husband and I both went online to find a new one. In the meantime, I scheduled an appointment with the service department. The vehicle we looked at ended up having some details that quickly moved us to a different inventory vehicle. Long story short--Great experience and quality organization. No pressure, but highly responsive. We purchased on Tuesday, cancelling our service appointment and not bothering to repair our previous vehicle. More
