It is extremely disappointing to take your vehicle in for warranty service for an intermittent problem and be told that it didn't happen for them, so obviously nothing is wrong. They would believe me if I ha warranty service for an intermittent problem and be told that it didn't happen for them, so obviously nothing is wrong. They would believe me if I had a video of it happening, but when I returned the next day with the video, they started to tell me that they'd have to see it for themselves. They finally agreed to order the offending part. It's not just this dealership, but that doesn't make it less disappointing. More
