In addition, upon retrieving the vehicle on 2/4/25 from the service dept. I noticed a dent on the black removable top and several door scratches (estimate soon to come). Just a reminder, this jeep only has 28,000. miles, one driver, never off road testing and is kept in a climate control garage. I realize the Arrigo service dept didn't build the Jeep but they serviced it from the first year. More

I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way regardless I’m a long term customer or not, my case shouldn’t be addressed so poorly more consideration should be given, I’m so embarrassed I have been mocked by my friends whom I advised to consider this dealership for his next purchase. However, I am upset that my new car is already in for service after just 6 days of ownership and only 200 miles. Power window won't roll up! I was told that I would not have my new vehicle back for at least 1 week. I know these things happen. I appreciate the loaner and the professionalism of the service staff, but not being able to drive my brand new car puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience. PS - was I supposed to get a welcome kit? More
