I purchased my third vehicle from this dealer, in less than a week after this purchase the car breakdown on me I called the service department for assistance, I was told someone will give a call back to h than a week after this purchase the car breakdown on me I called the service department for assistance, I was told someone will give a call back to help solve the issue that was a lie, I contacted my salesman CJ for assistance he stated due to the fact that I didn’t purchased an extended warranty whatever happened I’m on my own. I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way regardless I’m a long term customer or not, my case shouldn’t be addressed so poorly more consideration should be given, I’m so embarrassed I have been mocked by my friends whom I advised to consider this dealership for his next purchase. The buying experience was very good. My sales rep was a total professional. Finance and insurance reps were on their games as well. However, I am upset that my new car is already in for service after just 6 days of ownership and only 200 miles. Power window won't roll up! I was told that I would not have my new vehicle back for at least 1 week. I know these things happen. I appreciate the loaner and the professionalism of the service staff, but not being able to drive my brand new car puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience. PS - was I supposed to get a welcome kit? More
