Scammers, over charges customers, made up problems that didn’t exist, unscrupulous service manager, unqualified technicians. They wanted to charge me $2,900 To fix three oil leaks that didn’t exist. $143 o didn’t exist, unscrupulous service manager, unqualified technicians. They wanted to charge me $2,900 To fix three oil leaks that didn’t exist. $143 oil change at another mechanic fixed the problem they neglected to see (oil filter was leaking because they didn’t seat it correctly or check it). This was after a $300 diagnostics charge and half the day spent waiting at the dealership. The car has been fine since. I’ll never go there again. Not cool! More

I recently purchased my car from this dealership and it was great experience overall. I would like to start with Theo who reached out to me first soon as he saw my inquiry about the car in his inventory. H was great experience overall. I would like to start with Theo who reached out to me first soon as he saw my inquiry about the car in his inventory. He offered a decent discount straight up for a particular car that he had in stock. I was looking for a different color combination which he did not had on hand which is when him and John S committed to finding one for me. It did looked earlier like a bait and switch move by them to just bring me in and try to sell me something what they want to instead of what I needed but they did not. They tried reaching out to their dealer network and were able to arrange the one that I was looking for. I had to follow up for couple of days but they actually delivered to what they promised. They also stuck to the same price they committed during our first call. Next was working with John S, great guy to work with. Communication was on top and he helped me answering every single question I had. He worked closely with me from the trade-in of my existing car to the final registration/inspection of the new one. Though I am not happy with the actual trade-in value of the car that I got offered from them but their commitment to getting the car that I needed made me go with it. Another helpful person on the team is Danny who worked on the finance with me. He dived into all the line level breakdown of the costs and also answered every single follow up question before I was convinced to sign the final paperwork. These are great bunch of people around at the dealership who are focussed on delivering. Would definitely recommend doing business with this group. More
