The used sales associates are dishonest and sold us a used vehicle with mechanical issues, knowing it was for a first time driver!!!!!!! The used car “inspection” report omitted the repairs that needed t used vehicle with mechanical issues, knowing it was for a first time driver!!!!!!! The used car “inspection” report omitted the repairs that needed to be completed on the vehicle. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership, customer safety is evidently not a priority! More

My daughter purchased a used ford escape two years ago from this dealership. We were told no accidents clean carfax, company owned vehicle. FWD two years, she went to get new insurance and is being told h from this dealership. We were told no accidents clean carfax, company owned vehicle. FWD two years, she went to get new insurance and is being told her car has over 30k in insurance claim and her insurance is now through the roof! I’ve contacted the dealership 6 times, been in contact with sales people who have sent me to sales manager and not one person has returned my call. I’m trying to get to the bottom of how this vehicle had over 30k in insurance claim when it wasnt even worth that in value when we purchased it. Why isn’t this on carfax? is it because it was a company owned vehicle? I’m beyond upset that not one person. has attempted a return call. More

Sold me a car that overheated at some point before I drove. Blew a head gasket less than year having it and let me take it home with a bad wheel barring that was messed up before they sold the car to me drove. Sold me a car that has nothing but issues and don't seem to car to take care of the customer or help out even though they sold a car to me with multiple problems. I wish I would of never went to the dealership not a very good place to purchase a vehicle More

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on August 12th 2023. I also purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. after some consideration, I opted to cancel the extended warranty. I initiated and 12th 2023. I also purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. after some consideration, I opted to cancel the extended warranty. I initiated and completed the cancellation via the dealership on August 24th 2023. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to process the refund for the warranty. It is now November 14th 2023 and the refund still has not shown up in my account. I have been in contact with the Finance Manager I worked with for the sale since the original 8 week deadline was up. I have been assured they are doing all they can to make it right but that does not change the fact that I have not received my refund after nearly 3 months has gone by since asking for it. If you are buying a vehicle from these people, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT finance through them. I will not go as far as saying they are "crooks" but separating you from your money is definitely their top priority. More

Laurie Moses did a great job finding me a vehicle that we wanted. Leasing process was smooth. Delivery to the house was smooth as well.
