Hi Tiffany I am sorry you thought your wait time was not communicated properly. I tried to help you as I listened to the recorded phone call when you made your appointment, there was no set promise time made as four recalls and a cable hanging out of a non-working power third row seat could be something simple or something much more time consuming to find. I tried to offer you a loaner vehicle for the following morning and you refused as you stated you had another vehicle to use at home, I also offered to give you a ride home with our shuttle service so you could pick up your second vehicle and you also refused that service. I greatly apologize for any miscommunication you feel that you received. I wish you the best of luck in your future vehicle repairs. Correct, I came into your office, you did not come to me. I had set everything up on my own, on the fly, because there was nothing available for Me with the last minute timing I was provided. As I stated to you yesterday, it was not the timing I had an issue with, it was the lack of communication provided and the rude response I received from my service person. I met his energy with my own-he was uncaring, rude, and offered NO GUIDANCE OR COMPASSION. The fact that I found accommodations: : a ride, an additional car, etc-I left and was fine with whatever timing there was-even though no actual timing was provided.. I left around 10am with no additional information except that it would take a couple of days, okay great. THEN-I receive a call at 234-when I was on my way to pick up my recently deceased brother’s children to take them to a movie, like I promised them, and I receive a phone call from Eugene that stated the dealership would not work on my car and I had to pick it up immediately….who does that?’ Who waits until days end to call and demand I pick up my car. I was upset because I had to make last minute accommodations, but fine, I, and I alone made it work… to at end of day be told to pick up the car immediately- I had to cancel on those girls because you guys are petty. PETTY that someone disagreed with the way you communicate with clients. Furthermore, I had to get my sister in law to help me pick up the car because at that time I was in Royal Oak-and the cashier Made her sign something saying they released the vehicle because we couldn’t agree on a timeframe THAT IS A LIE! I was never given a timeframe, nor did I disagree with the timeframe, I simply was upset with the lack of communication. I was fine with however long you had the car for. You guys lied. You guys are unprofessional. You guys are petty. It was a crazy day, and I don’t even feel bad for me. I feel bad for those girls, and frankly, for you and Eugene for not being able to handle a complaint caused by the customer service you hire out. Have the day you deserve sir. I found another dealership - not a suburban-who got me in that night, they told me upfront it would be a couple days and they were so pleasant and lovely. I can’t wait to work with them in the future. They can have my business, my families business, our companies business, our friends business, not suburban-never again suburban.
