Haven't used any other Dealer and will not since Criswell Honda has the right team doing great work with every customer! I bought my vehicle from this Dealership and I personally haven't had an issue in rega Honda has the right team doing great work with every customer! I bought my vehicle from this Dealership and I personally haven't had an issue in regards to the service in a five year span and counting. When a service is needed, of course some things really don't need to be worked on but they always give it to me straight and I research their suggestion just to cross and compare and it works out for the best. I appreciate that! More

If there's any lower than 1 star, that should the right review for criswell honda service team. Lack of communication to their customers; poor in providing information; waited for more than 5hours and no c review for criswell honda service team. They should have at least extra coffee maker so when the other one is down. More
