A dreaded chore becomes a wonderful experience! I have been without a vehicle for almost a year and dreaded the process of selecting a vehicle and being hassled on a car lot. However, my experience could not have been farther from that. The salesman, Mr. Leroy Brown, was a gentlemen and wonderfully patient with me and talked to me in a way that did not make me feel pressured. I was leasing a vehicle and wasn't sure of the process and he was informative and helpful, again without being pushy, which is very important to me. The Floor Manager, Charlie, was wonderful and after talking with both of them I actually ended up with a Camry I really wanted at a price I could afford. The lease financing experience and closing the deal with Demarcus was unstressful and reassuring. I could not have asked for a better experience. I want all three gentlemen to know how wonderful I think they are and Legacy Toyota, since I believe that kind of customer care begins at the top. THANK YOU! More
