From high to low We bought our 2014 Ford Edge in January. Over the moon about this car! Newest car we had bought in along time. To north coasts favor. They did everything they could to get us financed. BUT We started to have problems with the back wheel not holding air. We took it to Valley Ford Truck where they told us the inside wall had been plugged. Not ideal. Yes Northcoast made it right. When speaking to Scott on the phone I told him about the backend dragging. He said I can't look at now, how about you drive it awhile after the tire replacement. I said fair enough. On may 22 I took it back to the dealer. Gentleman drove it and made me an appointment for may 31. After having it for a few hours they said absolutely nothing was wrong with my car and blamed the problems on a loose jack and my hitch. I again took it to Valley Ford Truck. It's either the PTO or the clutch housing on the back. Over 2000.00 to fix it at minimum. The best part was finding out that we don't have a warranty on it. Only gap coverage. Yes we owed on our other truck. Yes we didn't want to put down a down payment but someone could of explained this to us. We would of come up with some money for a warranty. 600.00 car payment and now it sits. Thanks so much!' More
