Great experience! I had a wonderful experience at Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly! They were very friendly and not pressuring at all. Leonia helped me test drive a couple different trim levels to make sure I found the car that was right for me. After choosing a specific truck, Leonia and the rest of the management helped work with me to get me where I needed to be and better! Once all the numbers were agreed upon, Daniela in finance explained everything very clearly and had us out of the dealer in no time! I recommend going to Ted Britt Ford Chantilly and seeing Leonia! More

This has been the 10th car purchase I have had, and it has been one of the easiest. For this purchase I was eligible for the A-plan pricing and was still given top dollar value on my trade-in. I have found this is not the norm outside of areas that employ a lot of autoworkers... I applaud all involved in my sale for such professionalism! I will definitely be back for my next car buy! Leonia Durant, Lisa Walker, Jennifer Wainwright and Arturo Caracas have made this car buying experience the best I've ever had. So much so that Ted Britt is the only dealership I will be dealing with from here on out. They worked till late at night to ensure I was able to take delivery of my new Truck, and never even gave it a second thought. Truly exceptional team that has my business now and in the future. Once you buy the car, they stop responding. I had an awful experience. At first, everyone was very friendly. However, after we left the dealership the nightmare started. First, my fiancé and I B I had an awful experience. At first, everyone was very friendly. However, after we left the dealership the nightmare started. First, my fiancé and I BOTH bought brand new fords. My fiancé bought the special package that's supposed to repel things of your car, some kind of extra protection. When we left the dealership (we were there for over 8 hours - most of the time WAITING for finance), his car wasn't even clean! His Black edge had white spots. We told Leonia we would come back after work the next day for the car and she assured us she would make sure it was cleaned correctly for us. The next day we went back after long days of work, and the car was exactly the same - nobody had cleaned it. Then, Leonia told us she had planned on having it done the next day - when were you going to tell us this? We came all the way here after waiting 8 hours the previous day and waited a few more hours! Then it came out of being cleaned - and had a chip in the paint. We made arrangements to come back AGAIN when their paint person would be there - even though we live an hour away. Obviously at this point we were annoyed. They told us we could take the car and go - it wasn't until after we left the dealership we realized they hadn't given us our plates! So we turned around to get the plates. Leonia grabbed them and stopped at the inside service desk to get a screwdriver. ALL OF THE SUDDEN, our plates were missing! Leonia had no idea where they were and we had to get new plates and a new registration, taking even more time. Leonia promised us she would get us "all-weather mats" for the trouble (we did give you our business which was two brand new SUV's) and my fiancé said okay. Well, when he went back to get the chip fixed on his car, he asked about the new mats and the person didn't know anything about them and Leonia wasn't there. So he emailed her and it's been over a week with no response - it seems they only care about you until you buy a car from them. Then, today I call PNC about my loan as it's been a month and I haven't received my loan documents. THE DEALERSHIP NEVER SENT THEM TO PNC. So I called the dealership, but does anyone respond? No, of course not. So now I'm sitting in flux trying to decide how to get in touch with SOMEONE to get my loan information sent out correctly, and we also of course never got the mats we were promised. Worst dealership ever. I would not recommend it and definitely would not return. Nothing against Lisa or Daniela, but our whole experience was awful, time-consuming, and expensive (our gas to get back and forth). UPDATE: I finally got in contact with someone, and it's even worse. I was told that my loans are from a completely different company than all of the forms I signed had. I was also told that we can come pick up the all-weather mats whenever is "convenient" - it's never convenient, I've spent well over two sets of mats on gas to and from your location, so I'm not going to spend another $50 to come get one pair of all weather floor mats when we have two cars. They are beyond ridiculous - worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't care at all whether their customs are happy as long as they get your money and your review. More

We worked with and completely recommend the following people Leonia Durant, Lisa Walker, Matt Aglio, and Mary Burroughs. Leonia listened to our needs and worked with us to offer a vehicle we truly wanted. We bargained hard and believe that we received the best deal possible from Lisa the manager. Mary sold us on the inside and outside protectant since we already know how important this is from our other vehicles purchased at Ted Britt. Matt in finance helped us figure out the service plan options that best fit our needs. We visited other dealers that pale in comparison with Ted Britt Ford Chantilly service and quality. More

The thoughtfulness and caring for my needs I came in just to browse for a possible purchase and ended up leaving with a new fusion on my lunch break.
