Least Stressful Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I leased my first car from Ted Britt Ford Lincoln yesterday. Leonia was my sales rep and she was fantastic. She worked hard to get me the best deal (I I leased my first car from Ted Britt Ford Lincoln yesterday. Leonia was my sales rep and she was fantastic. She worked hard to get me the best deal (I had gone to several other dealerships) and was genuinely excited for me when I signed papers for a 2016 Ford Focus ST. I've only had the car one day, but I LOVE it! Everyone at Ted Britt was great -- Leonia, Wendy (the customer service rep), and Matt (the finance guy). Wendy took me through my options, walked through the car manual with me, and explained the whole sync system to me. No one had ever done that for me before! Everyone went out of their way to help me and explain everything that was included in the deal. I also really like the Ted Britt for Life which covers a bunch of stuff on the car, including state inspections. I don't know of any other dealership that has all of the freebies Ted Britt has, or that goes out of its way to help customers. Would definitely recommend! More

Follow up service from the sales rep Leonia was awful All was smooth until I drove the car off the lot. When I arrived home (2 hours away from the dealership) I realized the owners manual on the certified All was smooth until I drove the car off the lot. When I arrived home (2 hours away from the dealership) I realized the owners manual on the certified Lincoln was not in the glove box. Calls and emails to Leonia went unanswered and it wasn't until I called David Poole one of the managers that I received a voicemail from Leonia asking me to call her back. I returned the call and we were disconnected within about 15 seconds of establishing the call and telling her who I was. She never called me back after the disconnect. About 12 days later the owners manual arrived in the mail. My issue is not really with the dealership. My suggestion is that if decide to purchase a vehicle from Ted Britt, make sure Leonia is not your sales person. She is very friendly and pleasant to speak with but has extremely poor customer service and communications skills. More
