The work done by service techs is generally fine. The serious problem has repeatedly been related to promised or even estimated timing for repairs with absolutely no reliability. Manager, Gabriel in the service department is a bully, sarcastic and to be avoided. This alone lessens the quality of the entire department. I've had three encounters with him and he should be disconnected from any contact with the general public. On the other hand, Richard Odetto and Omar Ruiz are shining stars so it's really too bad that somebody in management can indirectly lessen their success. Current problem with my brand new car is still being sorted and though it has not been repaired since purchase over a month ago, Richard has helped me feel that someone is actually in my court. Gabriel blew me off and took absolutely no ownership of the problem despite being a manager in service. Poor show. Dump him before his behavior costs the dealership more money and reputation than it already has. Friends who own VWs purchased and serviced at this dealership have had similar experiences with this guy. Not isolated. More
