I had not purchased a new car since 2002, and have never purchased a new car on my own. So needless to say I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Leigh Quackenbush was not only super nice but h purchased a new car on my own. So needless to say I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Leigh Quackenbush was not only super nice but helped to make my experience as stress free as possible and really shared in my excitement with the purchase of my new vehicle. I LOVE my new CRV and have recommended Dick Ide to many of my friends. Even though I plan on enjoying my vehicle for many years to come, when the time does comes to buy a new vehicle once again I will definetly come back to Dick Ide and will hopefully be able to work with Leigh Quackenbush.
