New Car, Same Quality Service! Toyota if Richardson has a busy Service Department for good reason. They do quality work everytime. Lee took great care of me and my car, as usual. (He's been my service advisor for more than 10 yrs. and for now a third Toyota in the family!) Sure there was a line at the cashiers' desk, but it was the typical rush at the end of the day. The cashiers are really great at processing payment efficiently. I may have purchased my new Toyota from a different dealer, but I will continue to bring my new Toyota ONLY at Toyota of Richardson for service. More
