Christian Stevens made the process less stressful and was very nice , the finance dept guy also named Christian would call me half way on my drive home on rush hour to return to the dealership for something very nice , the finance dept guy also named Christian would call me half way on my drive home on rush hour to return to the dealership for something they forgot or made a mistake on my paperwork this occured 2 twice and had my blood pressure going . overall it was ok experience wise .
