Scott was amazing, he had my ride all set up to go for me, all the paperwork was explained to me by a human who made it simple to understand not like lawyer jargon. Brian was really helpful showing me all me, all the paperwork was explained to me by a human who made it simple to understand not like lawyer jargon. Brian was really helpful showing me all the vehicle features very bright young man he belongs at west chester BMW. Everyone is helpful and not pushy, Scott in particular is very knowledgeable about each vehicle and explains things in a down to earth manner, I will stick with there site as long as I am in PA. Scott defintely gets 11/10 in my book More

I’ve held off on leaving this review for a while, but months later, the experience still doesn’t sit right with me. I purchased a car from out of state and was told I needed to place a deposit and finali months later, the experience still doesn’t sit right with me. I purchased a car from out of state and was told I needed to place a deposit and finalize the deal before the end of the month or the pricing would no longer be valid. I was hesitant but went ahead with the deposit. Before doing so, I made it very clear that I’m extremely particular and wouldn’t be interested in a car that had any blemishes or prior paintwork. I was assured the car was “out of the wrapper” clean. When I arrived to pick it up, the car wasn’t even at the dealership, it was at a shop having the front plate bracket removed and the trim replaced, as I had requested. Meanwhile, they had me sign all the paperwork since it was almost closing time. The car didn’t show up until right at the end of the day after everything was already signed. During my quick walkaround, I noticed a few rock chips and was told, “It’s a used car.” That didn’t line up with what I was promised. On the drive home, I realized the front brakes were pulsing and warped. The dealership told me I’d need to bring the car back two hours away. Thankfully, my local BMW dealer took care of the issue at no cost. It would’ve been over $1,000 out of pocket otherwise. Since owning the car, I’ve discovered additional issues: dents and dings on the rear bumper and, most frustrating of all, a rushed respray job on the front bumper that was clearly done the day of delivery. There are visible paint drips, which make it obvious. I had specifically said I didn’t want a car with paintwork, yet here I am with exactly that—done without my knowledge, after I had already signed. Given the timeline and condition, I’m now wondering if this was actually a loaner or demo vehicle passed off as “executive owned.” I only use the car for occasional drives. It’s never parked in public or left unattended so I know I didn’t cause any of this damage. It’s been frustrating, especially for a 2024 BMW that I expected to be nearly flawless. The experience has taken a lot of the excitement out of what should’ve been a great purchase and experience with my first BMW. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership based on how things were handled. The pressure to close the deal, the lack of transparency, and the condition of the vehicle all left a bad taste. More

Once I selected the X7, Lauren went above and beyond to walk me through all of its features, help with setup, and make sure any remaining questions were fully addressed. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer care made this an exceptional car-buying experience. I highly recommend asking for Lauren if you’re in the market for a new BMW! More
