I brought my truck in for oil change and state inspection and told I was needing brakes to pass by Lauren. Five months prior I was told everything was good and the truck needed nothing. She called inspection and told I was needing brakes to pass by Lauren. Five months prior I was told everything was good and the truck needed nothing. She called and said the fronts were down to 1mm pad life and 4mm in the rear. She then said it'll be about $1600 to replace them and I said Id have to thing about it as money is tight. As a ex-service writer, I would've offered just doing the fronts to pass inspection, this was not the case. She said ok, the truck will be ready in 10 mins to pick up. Luckily, they had not actually performed the inspection. Fast forward to the weekend, having the ability to replace my own brakes I pulled the tires to replace them. After looking at the remaining pad life, I was absolutely lied to. The least amount of pad life left on my trucks front brakes was 4mm on one pad and 6 mm on the remaining 3. Needless to say, I won't be bringing my truck back anytime soon. Up until this point, I thought I had found a company I could trust. This is not the case unfortunately. More

My vehicle was in to repair (? ) the window. While there a multi-point inspection was done. Two months later my vehicle was back for 4 tires, 1 of which was COMPLETELY and the fib ) the window. While there a multi-point inspection was done. Two months later my vehicle was back for 4 tires, 1 of which was COMPLETELY and the fibers were showing through. I was extremely upset that I'd been driving around on bad tires which must have been noticed during the previous inspecltion yet NO ONE advised me that my tires were a problem. I could have beens in a serious accident and potentially killed just because someone neglected to warn me. No, I was not happy at that time. Upon my return visit for 4 new tirles, the service staff wasl pleasant, apologized for the oversight and made every attempt to accommodate me. The staff has always been courteous, polite and friendly. It will be some time before I'm comfortablel with the again. More
