My car was tied up for a month, I dropped it off for routine maintenance and a small pull to the right. Assumed it was just in need of alignment due to potholes. I see no way the tyrod and steering rack routine maintenance and a small pull to the right. Assumed it was just in need of alignment due to potholes. I see no way the tyrod and steering rack could’ve been damaged to that extent with no other damage eg frame etc due to my driving or even from hitting potholes. Got it back damaged with a dent on the roof between the drivers side front and back door with paint chipping. This damage did not exist when I dropped the car off there. I will never bring my car there for maintenance again nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from there again. More
