The Service Department could not provide the repairs guaranteed under warranty. When I took it to another mechanic, he recommended immediate repairs to prevent serious damage to the engine. What is the point of having a warranty if the dealer is unable to service the vehicle when it is needed? Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

My problem is the navigation system stopped working. First it 6 weeks to get an appointment. Not satisfactory. When they serviced it they hit a reset button put an address in and it worked. The next day they called and informed me that the part is on back order. I am an old man but though somewhat senile I know one should do a little research. If they did they would discover that the part had a history of failing. More
