Joey Uriegas, Spencer and Latzu were all very professional. I never felt any pressure from my salesman, Joey. I told him what I could afford and he hit a home run. I would recommend San Antonio D professional. I never felt any pressure from my salesman, Joey. I told him what I could afford and he hit a home run. I felt extremely pressured into buying immediately. I found the entire process stressful and it made me more anxious and thus difficult as a customer and at no point until speaking with Samantha late i I found the entire process stressful and it made me more anxious and thus difficult as a customer and at no point until speaking with Samantha late in the evening was that allayed. Samantha I believe her name is was lovely. When I initially came in, I knew I was only interested in two types of Jeep SUV. I was not a fan of informing the sales person about two different models/trims of Jeep that existed and were current in production that he did not know about. Additionally, whomever’s job it was to confirm if I had full coverage or not for the prior vehicle read the form wrong and said that I did not which was why I could not leave with the vehicle that night. Upon calling my insurance company the next morning, I was told that yes, I did have comprehensive coverage. Additionally, I was called approximately four days later to “resign” some paperwork that was either forgotten or mistakenly not saved for the bank. When I couldn’t immediately come over that same day, I was told they thought they “figured it out.” Guess it wasn’t anything too imperative then?! This did not give me a feeling of confidence with this dealership. Moreover as I got the vehicle home, in daylight I could see cosmetic deep scratches on what I now know is called the lens of the dash as if someone had used a harsh abrasive scouring pad to attempt to clean it. I also had a high pitched whistle when I used the A/C at speed 6. Now today, barely a month after having this vehicle, I dropped it off for warranty service. This does not seem typical to me and while I’m glad it will be addressed, I’m frustrated. I was then dropped off fairly timely by the dealer at an Enterprise since the dealer had no loaner vehicles available. I waited just shy of 1.5 hours to be told I had to take this giant Chrysler mini-van because they had no other vehicles. The manager of that Enterprise location also agreed to switch it out for me tomorrow as he needs vans so I get to see how that goes and add something extra to my list. Also today when I went to pick up my license plates, a young woman sat boredly at a desk and passed me the bundle of plates and my sticker after confirming my first and last name. I had to ask if someone could put the plates and my sticker on to which she said, “yeah.” She did not approach colleagues behind her but rather called over to them asking if someone could “help her (referring to me) and put on tags.” A bit unprofessional, no? Shouldn’t she have stood up, smiled, offered to have the plates put on for me, referred to me by last name, and approached the colleagues to ask or… something? The gentleman who did put on my tags was lovely and I believe his name was Tony. Speaking with Derrick in service was lovely too and I’m glad he got my non-emergent issue in to be diagnosed quickly. Still though, I have such a bad taste in my mouth and would not in good faith recommend this dealership to anyone. More
