I purchased a used 2019 ram 1500. From my salesman, Larry V to Dave, the service shop foreman and Kevin I was treated with kindness and respect. I had an issue with my steering bindin From my salesman, Larry V to Dave, the service shop foreman and Kevin I was treated with kindness and respect. I had an issue with my steering binding up brought it in and steering rack was replaced under warranty. No runaround no games. Probably was the best interaction I’ve had at any dealership. Professional on every level. I would highly recommend Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram!! More

I was strongly considering purchasing my next vehicle on Carvana before a Wrangler that met most of my criteria became available at Rockland CDJR. The one thing the vehicle did not have that was a must were Carvana before a Wrangler that met most of my criteria became available at Rockland CDJR. The one thing the vehicle did not have that was a must were black wheels. Luckily, when this was mentioned to Sales Manager Kenneth Cestero Campos he was able to make the black wheels happen. Ken was super easy to work with and was even willing to provide a vehicle quote before I went to the dealership which was much appreciated considering the dealership was a 45 minute ride. Ken was very upfront after providing the quote and was even nice enough to let me know that someone was at the dealership looking at the specific vehicle I was interested in so I didn't waste a trip. Luckily, the vehicle was not purchased and when I arrived at the dealership I was passed along to sales associate Lawrence (Larry) Vitulli. Larry was also great to work with and made the car buying process easy. When I picked up my new Wrangler, I was super excited and neglected to take all of my belongings from the vehicle I traded in. Larry immediately called me after leaving the dealership to let me know I had left my EZ pass. When I got home I realized I had left my between the seat car catcher that my Grandma (who had passed last year) had given me. I called Larry upon realizing this and had asked if he could pull it from my former car. He indicated that the vehicle had already been cleaned and was being sent to auction the following day so it was unlikely he'd be able to get it back but would try his best. When I got home from a work trip a week later, I received a call from Larry who informed me that he was able to recover car seat catcher. This was just a piece of plastic, with no monetary value but had substantial sentimental value to me. I can't thank him enough for getting it back to me. As I mentioned at the beginning, I was planning to go the carvana route because I did not want to deal with dealerships. That all changed after my experience with Rockland Chrysler CDJR. Ken & Larry made the car buying experience a great one and when I am eventually in the market for a new vehicle, I will certainly be buying at Rockland CDJR! More
