My wife and I recently purchased a new Rav 4 hybrid from Torrington Toyota and was very satisfied with the process. I knew what I wanted when I walked in for my appointment with Larry Valenta, and without wasting time, he provided the model and features that I asked for. The offer for my trade-in was competitive. There was no “hard sell” and no pressure — just information, an excellent price, and a friendly, “low-stress” buying experience. He took all the time needed to explain new features and offered helpful advice on new technology. Afterward, he responded promptly to emails when I had questions. Once again, it was worth the extra travel to do business there! More
