By my own decision, nearly all negotiations were completed via email correspondence, and we only spent a bit of time in the dealership (to test drive and to pick up the car and sign the paperwork). That said, we had a our 3 young kids there and it was a nice experience as well. The kids were offered plenty of snacks and treats and Kim was wonderful with them. From the time we test drove to the time I purchased the car was only a little more than 24hrs, which seems fast. But with negotiating via email, we were able to go back and forth and hammer out a deal in a convenient setting for us both, which was wonderful. I'm satisfied with the final deal, and I'm confident that the final trade-in value and final sale price were very competitive in this region. TLDR: Nice, professional, competent sales specialist, comfortable physical dealership space, and good deal that was reached in an extremely efficient manner. What else could you ask for? :-) More
