It's feedback for Service done in November 2023. The estimation was given incorrect and costco discounts was not applied Plus total charges are way high then estimated. Plus did some service which I not request i.e tire rotation Also charged me for loaner car and show that amount in discounts means there is no discounts in real Though manager offered $100 off but that will not recover the lost. Quickest time from walking in the door to driving away in a new car that could be imagined. Ted worked with the detailing crew to get their job completed in an hour.
