Worst experience ever!!!!! So I submitted an internet inquiry on Sunday and Larry Kidd replied and would get back to me Monday. Monday morning came and I called to submit an offer at 8:30am. At 10:00am m inquiry on Sunday and Larry Kidd replied and would get back to me Monday. Monday morning came and I called to submit an offer at 8:30am. At 10:00am my offer was accepted and I asked Larry if I could leave a deposit and he refused and said it was not necessary. No communication until I received an email at 1:09pm saying "has sold". They sold the car out from under me to someone that showed up in the showroom after my offer was accepted. This is not the way you do business and hope everyone knows how poor and unprofessional this salesman is and how this dealership may treat you as well. I expected more from a Lexus store but was extremely disappointed and cheated. Definitely need to get better trained sales staff so you don't continue to get horrible reviews like this! Avoid Larry Kidd at all cost if you really want to buy a car!!!! More

The experience was excellent, with the exception of failing to disclose the recall on the fuel pump prior to purchase.
