I have had a overall great experience. Lance Smith provide a great service and he is awesome service rep. And he is why I give you 5 stars. But there is a sales rep there named Matt. Very Lance Smith provide a great service and he is awesome service rep. And he is why I give you 5 stars. But there is a sales rep there named Matt. Very rude a very disrespectful employee that shouldn't be working as a front line employee and is a poor representation of the dealership. If I had to deal with him every time I needed to go to the service department I would never buy a another car or recommend one from that dealership. More
