This has been such a bad experience with Wagner Motors. From the auto body shop to the overall service of the car dealership. From The Body Shop not being honest with what needed to be done and the time fr From the auto body shop to the overall service of the car dealership. From The Body Shop not being honest with what needed to be done and the time frame that the car would be ready. To the dealership not disclosing that the car had 2 accident claims on it. I have since traded in the car and I have been waiting seven weeks for a refund of my extended warranty and when I contacted the warranty company myself, the contract was still active. . The car was lovely except it needed to be babied and I had asked that question prior to purchasing and was told no. It just seems that customer service was a really bad issue for me with this dealership and for being a Mercedes dealer it was not worth the time and money to have the experience of owning a Mercedes. More

Great Salesperson and staff It was a great experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury, more so my sales person Andrzej who took the time offering road tests etc.helping It was a great experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury, more so my sales person Andrzej who took the time offering road tests etc.helping me finalize the choice of vehicle that suited me best. The finance team Tonia and Paul made the closing simple and swift and provided additional options for my vehicle. I was also introduced to the very courteous service team, Rebecca handling my call needs and Ryan who assured me that anything I needed would be taken care of promptly. This is the second new Mercedes Benz purchased by my family in the last two years and they really rolled out the red carpet for me, it was great to be treated so well. More
