I’d have given 5 stars without question, but my new cabin filter smells strongly like lysol or toilet bowl cleaner. Kylie was helpful and professional. Service department was not clear about fee schedule, amount of time they expected the vehicle, and then recommended a "critical" 4x4 service on my tw Service department was not clear about fee schedule, amount of time they expected the vehicle, and then recommended a "critical" 4x4 service on my two-wheel drive car. Wouldn't return or recommend due to lack of transparency upon initial appointment scheduling and (at the very least) carelessness with service recommendations. No loaner vehicles or ride share vouchers when you want to keep to a vehicle for 24-48hrs is also pretty absurd. More

Kylie did a great job of keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs. The diagnosis and actual repairs were quite fast. The only issue is the time required to obtain parts.
