Under no circumstances should anyone attempt to use this dealership, or work with KYLER. I brought in my key fob to be programmed, and I was given the wrong key fob along with my spare fob smashed to pieces dealership, or work with KYLER. I brought in my key fob to be programmed, and I was given the wrong key fob along with my spare fob smashed to pieces. Over the course of the next two months, I would reach out after KYLER told me the new fobs would come in after 2 weeks time and time again. After this went on for 8 weeks, I gave an ultimatum that if I don’t get the key fobs soon, I will charge back on my credit card. Miraculously, the keys showed up and I had both programmed shortly after. You can’t call the dealership service center, only speak with a robot. The only form of communication with a service representative is text message. Overall a terrible experience and reminds me why dealerships are such hated establishments. More

Brought the same vehicle in for the same issue 3 times in the past 4 months. A day after the last pickup, same issue re-occurred. This last time my vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks, the only communicati the past 4 months. A day after the last pickup, same issue re-occurred. This last time my vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks, the only communication initiated by Kyler was a text asking me to give him a 10 rating (note this text was sent after my vehicle was checked in, before service was started). Did not initiate any other communication, nor give me updates. When we called for a status, was slow to return communications. When picking up my car, he held out the keys, which were picked up by another technician. The only words spoken to me were "I'll send you the paperwork." No pleasantries, no details, no assurance of what was done. Kyler's demeanor made me feel like I was the annoyance to him, for wanting my vehicle fixed correctly. Dismissive and impatient. This guy is costing the service center business. More

My recent experience with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only was the customer service lacking, but the condition of the vehicle I purchased Ram of Troy has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only was the customer service lacking, but the condition of the vehicle I purchased was downright unacceptable. Upon closer inspection, I discovered exposed wires and damaged interior under the glove box area. This not only compromised the safety of the vehicle but also detracted significantly from its overall appeal. Instead of addressing this issue properly, the dealership's attempt at a fix was nothing short of laughable – they used a black zip-tie to haphazardly put the damaged interior back together. Needless to say, this makeshift repair only served to exacerbate the problem, leaving an unsightly gap where the wires were still visible. It's beyond comprehension how such a shoddy repair job could be considered acceptable by any standard. As a result, I am left with no choice but to return my truck to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy once again, hoping against hope that this time they will rectify the situation properly. However, given my previous experiences, I am not optimistic. I urge anyone considering doing business with Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy to think twice. The lack of regard for customer satisfaction and the blatant disregard for vehicle quality make it abundantly clear that this dealership is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your automotive needs. More

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! You know how you hear about places giving you the runaround? Well that is what I felt here. I’ve been bringing my car here for the same problem the p You know how you hear about places giving you the runaround? Well that is what I felt here. I’ve been bringing my car here for the same problem the past two years and paying for a numerous amount of things that they said “was the issue”. There was one time I picked my car up from getting repaired and my “service shifter” light came on, I showed the tech before I left the dealership and he told me “ oh sometimes it just says that” about 2 months later I had to go back to get my shifter replaced. That is just one of many things that I got scammed on. It seems like they tell me things are wrong once at a time so I can basically keep paying the diagnostic fee. I kept telling them how my oil was burning really fast and kylar would tell me it’s just the way I drive (mind you I work from home, and I don’t drive a lot at all) after taking it to another technician he told me that there was a class act lawsuit on a part in my vehicle WHICH MAKES IT BURN OIL FASTER!!! The fact that they didn’t even look into this and I had been complaining for two years is just unacceptable, and seems like they were just trying to ignore what I was saying. There is no way that there is a lawsuit about this issue and no one has any idea of it, if youre working in service you should be up to date on those type of things. Some places really don’t care about customer satisfaction they only care about you spending your money More

Currently paying to have our vehicle towed back up to their dealer after we had a fuel pump installed last week.
