My sales rep was Jarrell B. I wanted to make sure that he received my praises. As soon as I walked up to the door, Jarrell greeted me and asked how he could help. We bought a new vehicle at this location that fits everything we wanted in a truck. When researching online, the online team, including Linda Brown and Rob Garrison, immediately answered our request f everything we wanted in a truck. When researching online, the online team, including Linda Brown and Rob Garrison, immediately answered our request for information, and a meeting was set up for a test drive. We showed up a little early, and Fernando Bender was there to welcome and help us out. We drove the truck in a loop near the dealership, which took us on the road, highway, and residential areas to get a feel for the vehicle. The total price of the vehicle was presented, and the dealership gave us paperwork to review on our own. When we returned, the truck we test drove had just been sold (we should have put money down!), but they had a similar vehicle on the lot that still met our requirements. When we discussed pricing and vehicle packages offered, Ray Sperbeck (sales manager) and Fernando provided fair cuts to the overall cost. Once everything was solidified, we had to return the following day to complete the purchase, and Kyle Wheeler assisted us (Fernando was not in that morning). We absolutely appreciate everyone we met and recommend the location for your vehicle buying needs. More
