I have been going in for over 15 years to get multiple vehicles serviced and never have I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the associate could not figure out how to bill my servic vehicles serviced and never have I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the associate could not figure out how to bill my service properly and I continued to wait. I did receive a 20 off my bill but the service was sub par at best. I never had any issues with a tire sensor and for some reason the sensor coincidentally went bad immediately after my service which included a tire rotation. I was told that I needed a new sensor for one tire that would cost about 175 ( never provided a direct quote). Very frustrating experience overall and I will no longer be coming back. More

The communication was clear and service was good. I needed a tire sensor and was quoted $150. I went straight to America's tire got it done for $86. There are OEM parts that are better quality, but when it comes to parts that you know most competitors can get should be considered a lower profit margin. Better to get the sale then not at all. Keep the customer as a one stop shop at Chase. More

I’ve been going to Chase for a while now and the customer service is amazing! Kyle is truly a Godsend- back in August, my car wasn’t starting because of a battery issue. I came into Chevy pretty late in the service is amazing! Kyle is truly a Godsend- back in August, my car wasn’t starting because of a battery issue. I came into Chevy pretty late in the day & although they were really busy & also short staffed, Kyle made it a point to actually do the work on my vehicle himself just to make sure I was able to get my kid to school the next day. I will never forget that. The staff there is great! They are all so friendly and I plan to continue to bring my vehicle there whenever it needs service. Thank you all! More
