I have been working in the auto industry for 7 years now. I graduated in 2011 from Universal Technical Institute with Toyota Technician Certifications. I started off my career as a lube technician working for a local shop. After working for about a year, I wanted to advance my career. I started working at Roseville Toyota in December of 2012. I started as a lube technician, after 8 months I was promoted to Service Advisor. I live locally in town with my fiancée and 2 year old silver lab. We both enjoy camping and going to Tahoe on our days off. One thing that I love about my job is helping customer throughout the process.

Experience I recently had my truck service at Roseville Toyota. I had Jim Stockman and Adam Kucharek as my service advisor they were both extremely professional I recently had my truck service at Roseville Toyota. Not too happy this time Usually, my experiences have been great. This last time, I came in for my regular service. I also needed the windshield seal replaced. I was told that would take an additional 45 minutes. I decided to wait at the dealership. I then got a call saying they didn't have the part they thought they had, and someone needed to go to the warehouse to get it. That would take an additional 2 hours. In all, I was there for 3 hours 20 minutes. I accepted their offer to wash my car. The only thing they washed was the windshield. When I got home I also noticed something red splattered all over the car. I had to wash it again. More

The customer waiting area is extremely comfortable and pleasant. The shuttle service is convenient and I have used the shuttle many times.
